The challenge
Patients phoned the front desk to book, queues built up at peak hours, and the old site was slow on mobile data.
Our approach
We mapped the booking journey with the reception team, designed a mobile-first flow in Figma, then built it as a static site with a small booking service behind it.
The solution
A bilingual (Bangla and English) site where patients pick a doctor, choose a free slot and get a confirmation message. Staff manage slots from a simple admin view.
