What the contact and quote forms store

When you send the contact form or the quote wizard, we save one record in a database (Cloudflare D1) with these fields:

• Your name and email address (required).
• Your WhatsApp or phone number and company name, only if you enter them.
• The service you are interested in, your budget range and currency, your timeline, and your message.
• For quote requests: your wizard answers and the estimate range our server calculated.
• Your country, as detected by Cloudflare from your connection, so we can reply in the right context.
• The page you sent the form from, and utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign if they were in the link you arrived on.
• Whether you ticked the privacy consent box, and the time we received the request.
• A one-way hash of your IP address (SHA-256 with a secret salt) used only to limit spam. We do not store the raw IP address.
• The first 200 characters of your browser's user-agent string, used to spot abusive traffic.
• An internal status (new, contacted, and so on) that we set while handling your request.

Who sees it

We send a notification with the details above to our own inbox (hello@luviatech.com) through Cloudflare Email Routing. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. We use Cloudflare to host this site, run the form API and store the records, and Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots; Turnstile runs only on pages with a form.

We do not send automatic marketing emails. We use your details to reply to your request.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you. We do not use advertising pixels, and we do not set tracking cookies.

We also count anonymous funnel steps (for example, how many visitors reach step 3 of the quote wizard) as daily totals with no personal data attached.

Your browser's local storage keeps two things on your own device only: your currency choice (USD or BDT) and your unfinished quote answers, so you can resume later. We never receive them unless you submit the form. Clear your browser data to remove them.

How long we keep it

We keep a lead record for as long as we need it to answer you and follow up on the project. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

Email hello@luviatech.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Include the email address you used in the form. We will reply and act on it.

Changes

If what we store changes, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change goes live.
